Meet Our Team
Abhishek Kumar
Founder & CEO
A 3x founder with 22 years of experience in Project Management, Real Estate Development and Private Equity. He started his entrepreneurial journey 10 years back and went on to establish multiple businesses like Futureal, Tealwalls Technologies, Covie Ventures. He has worked with companies like Bovis Lend Lease, DTZ, Och-Ziff and ABIL to name a few. He has been involved with projects for companies like SAP Labs, Philips Software, Honeywell, Metro Cash & Carry, Coca-Cola and luxury developments like Castle Royale, God’s Blessings and Hospitality projects like Westin – Pune and W Resort Goa.
He holds a Civil Engineering degree with a PG in Construction Management from XIME Bangalore. He also did his executive management programs from IIM Calcutta and Cornell University. He was instrumental in building Covie as a Co-Founder and establish it as one of the most sought after premium student housing and coliving brand in the country.
Anna
Director Of Operations & Joinery
A strategic business partner with over 12 years of experience in the UAE, Anna leads Detalia’s in-house manufacturing and joinery vertical, forming a critical backbone of the company’s execution strength.
With a strong foundation in Business Development across global organizations and deep, hands-on expertise in custom furniture and joinery manufacturing, she plays a pivotal role in translating Detalia’s design intent into actual product execution. She oversees the entire production lifecycle—from joinery, upholstery, and surface finishing to logistics and on-site installation—ensuring precision, consistency, and uncompromising quality at every stage.
Her leadership ensures that Detalia’s projects benefit from tight operational control, predictable timelines, and seamless coordination between design, manufacturing, and site execution—eliminating typical handover risks seen in fragmented workflows.
Holding two Master’s degrees, including an MBA from the University of Wollongong (Australia), Anna brings a powerful blend of commercial insight, operational rigor, and people-first leadership, making her a core pillar of Detalia’s execution engine and long-term growth strategy.
